Refund Policy

What you purchase

A one-time purchase unlocks the full automated compatibility report for the couple session you completed. Delivery is digital and immediate after successful payment (or valid promo code during pilot periods).

Before you pay, you receive a free quick preview report by email so you can understand the product format.

Eligible refunds

If you paid for the full report and it has not yet been generated or delivered, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Contact support@gotosoulmatch.com with the email address you used to register. Include your purchase date if known.

We process approved refunds through the same payment method used at checkout, subject to our payment processor's timelines.

Non-refundable situations

Once the full report has been generated and made available to you (on-site and/or by email), the purchase is considered fulfilled. Refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law.

Promo-code unlocks at $0 are not refundable.

We do not refund based on disagreement with report content, relationship outcomes, or subjective expectations. Reports are personal insight tools, not guaranteed outcomes.

Technical issues

If you were charged but did not receive access due to a technical error, contact us promptly. We will restore access or issue a full refund.

Duplicate charges will be refunded in full after verification.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We respond quickly to legitimate issues and can often resolve them faster than a dispute.

If a chargeback is filed after successful digital delivery, we may provide delivery logs and email records to the payment processor.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the laws of your country or state (including EU/UK digital content rules where applicable). Where law requires a different remedy, that law applies.
