What is SoulMatch?
SoulMatch delivers the Relationship Map: an automated, personalized 6-part relationship assessment. You answer questions about yourself and a partner (or ex), and receive a written map by email and on our website. The question it answers: can the relationship be fixed, or is it time to move on?
Is this numerology?
Internally, we use a numerology model based on birth dates. Your assessment is written in everyday language. We do not show numbers or mystic jargon to customers.
Is a human reading my answers?
No. Reports are generated automatically by software and AI. No counselor reviews your submission before delivery.
Does SoulMatch guarantee we will stay together or get back together?
No. We do not guarantee any relationship outcome. The assessment offers reflection and clarity, not predictions or promises.
Is this therapy or professional advice?
No. SoulMatch is not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. Seek qualified help for those needs.
What do I see for free?
We generate a full Relationship Map for everyone. With a promo code the full display is free. Without a code you see the opening only. Unlocking the full display requires a one-time payment (USD 19, or equivalent in your currency). No subscription.
How much does unlocking the full display cost?
USD 19 (or equivalent in your currency). The exact price is shown on the pricing page before you pay. One payment. No subscription.
When do I receive the assessment after it is ready?
When the assessment is ready you get access on the site and an email (and SMS if you opted in). Opening unlocks the display according to your promo or payment status.
Can I get a refund?
If the full assessment report has not been generated yet for a paid unlock, you may request a refund within 30 days. After delivery, the purchase is considered fulfilled except where law requires otherwise. See our Refund Policy.
Do you store my data?
We store what is needed to generate your assessment and authenticate your account. We do not sell personal data. See Privacy Policy.
