SoulMatch delivers a personalized full relationship assessment based on birth dates and your honest answers. With a promo code the full display is free. Without a code you see the opening only; unlocking the full display requires payment (about USD 33).

SoulMatch is not a dating or matchmaking service, not therapy, and not legal, medical, or financial advice. It is a digital product for personal insight and reflection about your relationship.

SoulMatch content is for personal insight only and does not guarantee life outcomes.

You are solely responsible for decisions based on your interpretation of the content.

By continuing, you waive future claims related to data you provided or content sent to you by email, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

AI-generated content

Reports are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) based on an internal profile built from birth dates and answers. Content is automated — not written by a human counselor.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any assessment will match your expectations.

No professional advice

Do not use SoulMatch as a substitute for qualified professionals. Seek appropriate help for medical, mental health, legal, or financial matters.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use SoulMatch.

Accounts and access

Access is tied to your email and authentication. Keep your email secure. Report links are personal — do not share them publicly.

We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Payments and refunds

Full relationship assessment access is processed by our payment provider at checkout. We do not store credit card numbers.

Prices are shown in your locale currency at checkout. Access is granted after successful payment or valid promo code.

Refunds: if the full assessment report has not yet been generated for a paid unlock, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund request. Once the full assessment report is delivered, the purchase is considered fulfilled except where required by law.

Intellectual property

Reports are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit assessment content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulMatch and its operators are not liable for decisions you make, relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Marketing communications

We may send transactional emails (report delivery, authentication). Optional marketing emails require your consent where applicable. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages.

If you gave a mobile number and consented to SMS, we may send one message or a short update when your assessment is ready. We do not send advertising by SMS. You can ask us to stop via support.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
